PBR fully marinised brake callipers
We strip and rebuild PBR callipers to be a high quality fully marinised calliper. The Australian made PBR callipers have:
Lightweight alloy body (does not store heat like cast iron & stainless steel body callipers)- Stainless steel piston and bolts
- Galvanised slide bracket
- Brass tube nut union
- Common disc pads; replacements also available at auto stores
- Protective boots covering slide bolts and piston
Available in 3 sizes:

Type 1 PBR marinised calliper
- Suits 1/2" thick x 10" diameter disc rotors.
- Ideal for smaller tandem trailers up to 3 tonne and tri-axle trailers to 3.5 tonne.

Type 2 PBR marinised calliper
- Suits 1/2" to 5/8" thick disc rotors in 10" and 12" diameter sizes.
- Ideal for large trailers up to 3.5 tonne requiring good braking capability.

Type 2HP PBR marinised calliper
- Suits 1/2" to 5/8" thick disc rotors in 10" and 12" diameter sizes.
- Ideal for very large trailers up to 4.5 tonne.
- Ventilated for maximum heat dispersion.
